Our era has evolved into new forms. The occlusive "three-phases" working model has changed. The future lies in change. Flexibility, exploration and youthfullness are some of the words that signify the modern age. At a time when traditional working stages have been reduced as a result of the increase in life expectancy.
[Dear Reader] If you are now at the year of 2019 in the beginning of your twenties, you might have to consider that you have 80+ years ahead of you. More than any other generation! You will live 100 years; according to the scientific data.
 Questions such as what job to do, what to do, what my skills, how to use them, how to travel, are all reasonable. Because your decisions are more crucial than any other generation and that's why you examine about them in depth. I am not writing this to worry anyone but to highlight the range of choices of today's young people. Young people who used to be considered adults. Interaction in new work environments bridges the generation gap. Young people stay young and old people are not old any more.

 You have to be flexible, you have to adapt to the new environment no matter your age. Studying, working, retirement is not the only way out. New ways of working are emerging. With great examples of video editors-youtubers, bloggers and Instagram-influencers. Road as a different freelance producer aiming at hardware prototyping is part of the career path. Everyone needs a phase of exploration and discovering their strengths and skills. This means that you will need to experiment with many roles. Every decade will mark a change. But all along the way, we are constantly discovering something new while at the same time acquiring new skills and cultivating existing ones.
It's the time of advertising and we need to create a 'Brand' for ourselves.
If all of this seems to you a lot. Don't be scared. They are an analysis of the movements and paths of life that one sees at the end of the journey. But it is always worth knowing where to go so as not to forget where he came from and how to proceed.
