- Find the 25 best qualifitied people-leaders in their field that can help you boost your project; create motion and be advertised.
This is more networking that the first one. The goal is that you need approach for instance the wider known media outlet, the top political figure, the top bussiness figure; in order to the create the right connections that can put you on the market and make you scale up. - Find your Vision and Purpose.What you want to achieve? And why you want to do that? These are the questions you need to answer in the beginning.
- And be Persistant. You cannot achieve you goals if you dont grind. You need to persist and push through, Find a routine that works for you and follow it. It will be the way to the top; in order to scale up.
- Sub-Brand Sub-brand one of your services or products. Create a innovative idea or approach and brand it. It is more probable to be know for your innovations name, than your actual company name.
- Own a word. You brand should represent one word. Example being Google (with the word come in mind being ...search).
- Find your constrain. In every sector in business there is something that holding you back; a constraint. Find that limitaton in order to surpass the competitors.
- And the most important of all find what dries you up and what gives you energy.
This is your passion; and stick to it. Like many did. (Example Steve Jobs when he returned to Apple he only took the role of advertisting and marketing. He new his strong points).
